AcroYoga is a joyful blend of yoga, acrobatics and healing arts. This workshop will invite students into new and creative ways to transition from the power of inversions and handstands into acrobatic flying and back again! We will develop various skills to feel strong and supported while upside down, deconstructing the essential building blocks to balance and fly freely in the centre of the room. We will complete the experience with partner stretches and release work to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Come and explore what is possible with a little help from your friends!
Pre-requisites: Familiarity with the AcroYoga practice. Comfort with handstands by the wall. Yoga experience is helpful but not essential.
