Led by Senior International Dru tutors Mouli MacKenzie and Keith Squires, visiting guest lecturer

Experience the combined power of mudra, mantra, pranayama and relaxation in this afternoon workshop.

We'll cover the following:

  • An introduction to mudra
  • Learn a Dru mudra sequence to help you to live your purpose
  • Pranayama and mantra to balance the elements
  • 'Sound advice’ (mantra to balance and heal)
  • A relaxation to complete.

CPD points available for graduates and also open to public.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or rug, cushion, and water bottle.

Cancellations: If you cancel (because of illness or some other unforseen circumstance) then we give you the option of transferring the event fee to a future Dru event.

Some extra info for the day

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start so we can start on time.
  • Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, notepad and pen.
  • Share the experience - why not bring a friend with you!
  • Some of our great meditation, yoga and relaxation products will be available to help you take the experience home.

The format and start time of a Dru Yoga Workshop will vary with region, but here's an idea of some of the content you can expect:

  • introduction and session overview
  • warming up and body preparation
  • introducing Energy Block Release Sequences (EBRs)
  • Dru Yoga postures and sequences including benefits and modifications
  • the rejuvenating power of meditation and deep relaxation
  • explore next steps for your yoga: retreats, yoga training courses and local events



The venue offers accommodation with single ensuite rooms and full board for $110 per night, so you can stay overnight and attend Saturdays Discover the Benefits of Dru workshop as well.
