This retreat is designed to help deepen your understanding of yoga and the dynamic nature between the mind and body.
Throughout this day retreat you will be taught how to:
• Access deeper states of relaxation
• Achieve greater clarity of the mind
• Experience deeper levels of self acceptance
• Feel balanced and reduce stress levels
You will also:
• Gain an understanding between the mind/body
connection through both the yogic and western scientific perspectives,
including the Chakra system.
• Discover the healing aspects of yoga
• Develop awareness in the heart centre
• Experience the relaxation qualities of foot baths.
