Yoga classes for young children offer an engaging way to develop and nurture important physical and emotional skills in a supportive, non-competitive environment, and give parents a space to spend quality time with their tiny tots. But best of all - they're lot's of fun! The classes incorporate music, stories, singing, dress-ups, dancing, games and yoga poses. No prior yoga experience is required - you simply need to be ready to play!
Our toddler yoga classes will run as a 6 week course, which is open to all parents and their children aged 2-5 years. The course is taught by Lisa, who is a Rainbow Kids Yoga-certified teacher and has been teaching children in primary and prior-to-school-settings for over ten years. She is passionate about the special connection that can happen when sharing yoga with children.
