Be gently and directly guided by an experienced teacher through the motions of a yoga class in this practical, hands-on and informative course.

The course also includes a 2 week unlimited 'introductory pass' at the end of the course, allowing you the opportunity to try out all your new skills in any of our scheduled yoga classes. It also includes a FREE Full Moon Workshop (run approximately once a month).
