Ashtanga Yoga involves linking yoga postures through a set of sequential movements and incorporates deep, even breathing and steady gazing, encouraging circulation flow and purification.
This unique and dynamic practice is both invigorating, encouraging and challenging and can assist in physical, emotional and spiritual awakening. Practice over time has a profound impact on the steadiness and calmness of the mind, facilitating meditation.
You will learn how to perfect the foundations of movements and build strength in the body and the mind.
This course is open to beginners.

This course is an investment of $145. This includes GST, and involves attendance at 2 classes per week with a professional and experienced Ashtanga instructor over the course of 4 weeks.
