Ten week course. Bookings are essential.
Ten week beginners courses comprise of 10 sessions attended once per week for 75 minutes. In this time the body develops flexibility and strength even for the most neglected physique. You will also learn how to deeply relax noticing over this time that the mind is able to quieten more easily. In order to maximize benefit from the course you are encouraged to attend all 10 sessions. If you do need to miss a session during your course you are able to make this up during the week with another class over the length of the course.
Beginners courses are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays need to be started on the starting date.
Mondays at 9.30am are ongoing beginner sessions which beginners can be start at any time and also use as catch up classes if one of their regular sessions are missed.

There is no casual attendance to the beginners courses
