At the Canberra Yoga Centre we teach and practise Dru Yoga which is a style of yoga that leads us to stillness through movement.  Dru works on body, mind and spirit - improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, adn is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.

Dru Yoga is designed to be practised by people of all ages, fitnexx levels and flexibility. 

The Dru Yoga aim is to "Transform the world by giving people the tools to transform themselves..."

Evening, daytime and weekend classes are available.  Classes are held over 10 weeks in line with school terms.
