If you’re looking to find peace in your life then Body Yoga’s 4 week Meditation course, held over 4 consecutive Thursday's, is just for you. Ideal for beginners to more experienced students, this meditation course will give you the tools you need to bring stillness into your life. We will explore various different types and methods of meditation in a fun and practical way. We will also explore the 5,000 year old philosophy of yoga so you have something more to draw upon and bring into your everyday life.
