When new students fill out their pre-activity questionnaire, the majority select “back & neck pain” as an area of concern. Whilst yoga can alleviate tension in general, it is certainly helpful for yoga teachers to have specific knowledge and offer tangible suggestions that will assist the healing process of their students and ensure that they remain safe from further injury during the yoga class.
