If there is one defining characteristic of Being Yoga that has made our style so popular for over 15 years it is the almost endless creative expression we bring to any level of class. Creativity is fun. It keeps your teaching fresh and your students interested for years.
The creative vinyasa sequencing module takes what many learn in their initial teacher training and offers new and exciting techniques. If you are new to vinyasa, the key elements are revised before diving into a range of wonderfully fresh approaches to sequencing and understanding yoga class flows.
You will workshop numerous different ideas for putting together warm ups, standing poses, sun salutes, backbends, forward bends and twists. A vinyasa master class starts every day followed by a balanced focus on theory, practice and then group work to put it all together.
You will receive a manual with hundreds of new sequences and flows. More importantly, you will learn the underlying principles of creatively putting your own classes together so you can enjoy virtually infinite possibilities when teaching to any level.
Hours can be used toward CPD with Yoga Australia or toward your 300 Hr Level 2 qualification with Being Yoga.

Payment options: You can pay upfront or by installments. The installment option is as follows: You pay an initial deposit of $50 followed by 3 monthly installments of $180 after the commencement of the course.
