Balance Yoga is pleased to offer an introductory six-week course to those wishing to commence Yoga practice, or perhaps re-introduce Yoga practice to their routine.
At Balance Yoga, we pride ourselves on carrying on the discipline of traditional "hatha" practice focusing on the physical postures called "asanas," breathing exercises called "pranayama," and meditation.
No previous experience with Yoga is required for these beginners courses. You will learn the basic asanas working with other students of the same level. The instructions and demonstrations that form the course will introduce you to the many lifestyle benefits Yoga delivers and provide you with excellent fundamentals for continued Yoga practice.
The course is once per week on Tuesday evenings for 6 weeks - plus 2 bonus lessons you can use anytime!
