Body percussion follows then mmove into soul vibing sound healing in Maroubra hosted by Anahata Yoga.   Where you can unplug from your busy routine, open your body, quiet the mind and dive into the expansiveness of healing vibes through didj, gong, crystal bowls, channelled sounds and much more.
​Natalie Almond and Matt omo will bring more than 40 years experience of healing and awareness work together from numerous traditions and modalities.  Their unique mix of light heartedness and fun brings the  Yin and Yang of sound, breath and movement together to guide you into a blissful, insightful space.
