Join Nancy, Owner and Yoga Teacher of Allsorts Yoga on this retreat to unwind from the hectic momentum of the start of the new year. With a little bit of mindful movement, stretching the spine and decompressing the joints, some nice relaxing meditation and breathing practices to really feel like you've gotten away from the hustle and bustle of life, if only for a couple of hours, it will be so worth it!
