Yoga for Children

A Series of 7 classes Monday 15th Feb – 28th March 2016. 4:00 pm – 5.00 pm
Expressions of Interest are invited.

• Lots of fun using yoga postures as a base
• Promotes focusing and concentration
• Challenging, using unusual postures catering for all abilities
• Helpful moving children towards their own calmness
• Teaches self awareness & self confidence skills
• Explores ancient and fun chants
• Encourages a joyful and peaceful interaction with others

Investment: Term payment of $140.
Bookings are essential. Minimum 5 students required to start the program.
