Description
This 3 hour workshop is the 3rd in a series that will focus on exploring the digestive centre cakra. This workshop can be taken on its own or in the series. It will consist of theory and practice.
Looking briefly at the related organs and function but particularly from the traditional yoga perspective. Exploring symbols (yantra) used, sound/chant, and other yoga tools: (asana, pranayama, meditation), in order to experience, relate and balance this energetic centre.
The flame within in ancient times was considered one of the most important in order for our entire system to function with ‘clarity to see’. To digest our experiences through life and be open to change.
