Āgamā Yoga Centre conducts regular Beginner Yoga Courses.
They are designed to provide the foundations and introduction to Yoga as a discipline. The course will explore the basic tools of yoga.
-Asana (body movements)
-Prānāyāma (breath regulation)
-Meditation (focused reflection)
Modifications will be used where necessary and the teacher will demonstrate the postures with clear instructions, providing a step-by step learning process.
Investment: $160 for a 8 week pre-paid class pass.
