Anatomy workshop with Caroline Stuart – Sustain a health pelvis.
Friday 17th June 1/2 day workshop – times TBA.

The pelvis, the seat of the spine provides support and transitions forces and movement between the upper body and the lower body. Balances and imbalances in the pelvis play a crucial role in the health of both the internal and external structures of the Spine, pelvis and hip joints.
What is the pelvis. What are the healthy passive and active movements available to the pelvis. What affect do these movements have on the spine and the hip joints, and vise versa?
