In this fun and lively workshop you will learn the secret of using yoga to achieve peak performance and discover practical ways to avoid and manage sports injuries. 

This workshop is brought to you by Mysan Sidbo, the athletes yogi. A motivating and inspiring teacher, Mysan is a former professional snow-boarder, kayak instructor, personal trainer and an dedicated yogi.
