Description

Letting go of past resentments and shame is the path to freedom in this flow into grace for women.  A mixture of yoga practice and experiential processing, this workshop will lead you through the methods of creating space for a new perspective on your “story”. Through sharing practices on and off the yoga mat, you will step into the blissful experience of living in the present moment, without the burden of the past or of unmet expectations. This flowing experience of yoga and processing lead by Dr. Melody Moore will leave you feeling liberated and open to grace.

PLEASE NOTE: This training takes place at Sukha Mukha Yoga, 38C McPherson Street, Bronte.
