During the Spring Yoga Intensive, you'll enjoy a carefully crafted practice designed to condition the body, focus the mind and bring a sense of ease to each day. Who's going?Students and yoga teachers of all levels who want to experience a transformative week of authentic yoga. Because we teach a maximum of 8 students per class, the practice is continually adapted to meet the needs of individual students. That means this class is suitable for students of all levels - join us!

Nikola Ellis is the founder and principle teacher at Adore Yoga. With over 20 years of experience, Nikola is a leading yoga therapist and teacher trainer who offers yoga classes, workshops, professional trainings and retreats in Australia and internationally.
