Flying Therapeutic yoga is a more passive style of acroyoga / bodywork where students are upside down receiving restorative and nurturing guided movements like Thai massage in the air! You will feel weightless, reduce stress, lengthen the spine and enjoy the nurturing benefits of touch by giving and receiving of energies. We will work together both on the floor with assisted partner stretches and balances and thai massage movements and in the air for some soothing acroyoga restorative flights. We’ll finish the session with a guided thai massage flow.
