Yoga Teacher, Educator and Presenter

Born in India, and brought up to the ways. Currently Co-Director of Yoga plus Therapies.

University degree (BA) & post-grad (Grad Diploma Education). Served as National Committee member of YA. Senior Member (Level 3) YA 1000 of Yoga Australia. Subscriber member of AAYT.

Past & present: Awarded her Arangetram in Classical Indian Dance, a Company dancer and dance teacher, a Tai Chi Qigong Instructor, an Ayurvedic practitioner, a Marma point massage therapist, a high school teacher.

Achievements: Winner of an award in Group Fitness Instructor of the years 2010 and 2011. Co-produced “Yoga +”, “Stronger for Longer”, Yoga DVD, and Relaxation CD. Has freely trained 7 Yoga devotees to teach Yoga.

Radhika presents and teaches yoga, relaxation and meditation widely to hospitals,government organisations, corporate, community and privately. She has over 10,000 hours of Yoga teaching experience over 18 years.

She has enjoyed presenting Yoga at the Brisbane YogaFest for 6 years.

Radhika is also a passionate BOLLYWOOD Dance Teacher.
