Himalayan Yoga Retreat and Trek

This retreat includes all yoga, kirtan, meditation and trekking spread over 2 weeks in 2 parts. The first part is the fully inclusive retreat in a small ashram in a mountain village. The second part is a light trek into the mountains above Manali in the Indian Himalayas.

The trek will be fully supported by our established trekking team who use horse teams to transport our gear, cook us amazing meals, and prepare the campsite each day for the evenings spent in the mountains, singing under the stars around a campfire. We will awake to amazing sunrises and have time for gentle and restorative yoga in the mornings before breakfast and setting off for a day of gentle trekking in a pristine natural wonderland.

You can meet us in Manali in the Indian Himalayas, or book our Transit Package that will have us meet you at the airport in Delhi, and cover all your hotels and transits to and from Manali.
