This week will Re-treat you from your daily life away from distractions and busy-ness, immersing in your Yoga Practice, giving you all the opportunity to effortlessly forget time and space to rebalance and reconnect with your body, mind and spirit.
Surrounded by the beauty and calmness of nature you will find yourself restoring energy while sinking deeper into your true essence.
Also, Samahita’s refined and exquisite cuisine will support this process and growth with its very tasty, delicious and healthy vegetarian food that will inspire you!
In the mornings we will start with Chanting, Kriyas and Simple Breath work (Pranayama) which will be followed by Ashtanga Led Class. During the week we will slowly learn and work towards the Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga.
The afternoons will be a mix of lecture and discussions on topics, explorative and playfully learning asanas, restorative yoga and pranayama. Wednesday is off.
Tuesday and Thursday evening there is Meditation.
Each day will be rewarding to focus on ourselves individually while at the same time growing and bonding as a group, enjoying this amazing “Paradise on Earth” ~ for me, this is being at Samahita!

The program begins at 5pm on the first day of the retreat with a group welcome and departure is at 12pm on the last day.
