Each morning begins with an inspiring morning yoga class followed by a hearty mountain breakfast before strapping on our walking shoes and heading out for a days hiking and exploring. In the afternoons for a deep restoration class followed by a lovely shared dinner and evening yoga nidra. Our lunches are enjoyed as picnics on our hikes or out at local restaurants. We also visit villages, markets and a relaxing afternoon at a theraml spa to soak in the healing waters.
