Step by step, bit by bit we build this sequence till you have a good grasp of each of the postures and can link them together, giving you a dynamic fitness program.
It requires no gym equpiment only your body and a piece of floor 2m x 2m.
At the end of the 19 classes you with have a soild understanding of the practice, and beable to practice it home or any where you choose.
