Mark O’Brien is the founder of Qi Yoga in Manly and has practiced classical Hatha Yoga for 18 years with over 10,000 teaching hours under his belt.
Whilst respresting the ancient traditions of Yoga his teaching is lively and often irreverent. With a gentle but intense vinyasa style, he pays great attention to sequencing and breath in order to prepare the body & mind to receive the profound benefits of yoga. His teachers have included TKV Desikachar and Donna Farhi.
Mark aims to help all students find balance in a busy world.
