I have been studying a new form of yoga over the past year, which is designed to activate your deep inner core, burning more calories per class, and using interval based training with strength training to get the maximum results, whilst enjoying the practice of yoga all at the same time!
The class is for all fitness levels and includes: a full body composition scan, fitness evaluation and coaching, weekly nutrition shake and tea (valued at $5)
