Pranayama (Level 2/3) Course: pre-booked monthly course, for regular students only.
Experienced - Suitable for those with a minimum of 1 - 2 years consistent practice within the Iyengar Yoga method method
Swiss Ball & Stretch class incorporating gentle yoga postures with exercise physiologist Stuart Mashman.
10 week rate ($180.00 for 10 weeks ) / Casual/ Monthly rate $100.00 (for morning class twice weekly - Monday to Friday )
A mindful practice, focusing on pranayama, breathwork, intention, mediation and mantra combined with gentle slower movements and yoga poses.
Mana Yoga - seasonal, shamanic and energetic fusion - suitable for general level.
Mixed (Level 1/2) Class: for new and regular students, walk-ins accepted.
General - Suitable for those with some understanding of the Iyengar Yoga method
A balanced flowing practice, focusing on posture to posture, breath to breath conscious alignment, movement, meditation. Sun salutations. Open level Class.
Focuses on Longer holds in poses. Releasing into connective tissue, supported with breathwork, meditation.
Foundation (Level 1) Class: walk-in students accepted.
