DARLINGHURST: The practice seeks to bring the body into an optimal state of being through balanced and dynamic action based on a universal guiding philosophy. Align & Flow introduces students to alignment principles while maintaining a steady flow of postures and breathing techniques. The alignment is designed to be therapeutic and strengthening, opening students to their own intuition and wisdom.
GLEBE: Our mixed level class is for every body. Enjoy a strong practice while learning alignment principles in a variety of postures. More challenging postures may be explored and the instructor offers modifications as necessary for both the level 1 and 2 student. Enjoy practicing in community!
Bikram - All levels
A gentle hatha-style prenatal yoga class. Yoga specifically designed for pregnancy and birth preparation.
Drop in class. Our Hatha classes offer a stretchy mindful style of yoga with a balance between strength and flexibility, suitable for all levels.
Beginner 2 - 12 week course
Using a combination of spinal awareness, proper breathing, strength and flexibility, the Pilates Method conditions 'core' muscles: the abs, back and buttocks.
Intermediate - 12 week course
Vinyasa yoga is a flowing practice synchronizing postures and breath to strengthen the body and the mind. Dynamic nature and faster pace than a Hatha class.
DARLINGHURST: An ongoing exploration into the art and science of yoga. This class provides an attentive and supportive environment, with a moderate to low level of intenstiy.
