Next course: 1 June - 6 July 2023. A 6 week course of slow-paced practice suitable for those who’ve never tried yoga before or people returning to yoga.
STARTING 04/12 at Yoga Peace, Mullumbimby. Each week we will immerse ourselves into movement meditations, flowing yoga sequences, creative asanas guided pranayama, intention setting and more. Using music as a guide and following the rhythm of our heart this weekly class will be a dedication to creating sustaining pathways within our yoga practice and within our daily life.
Grounding Hatha - A slower static practice
Yoga Stretch Class on Monday evening. We focus in warm up the muscles and work the flexibility with active stretches, holding yoga poses for up to 30 seconds.

Level 2 - Improves flexibility and works strongly on the solar plexus, improving digestion, endurance, immunity and willpower.
