A grounding, releasing and medicinal practice, focusing on developing a mindful self-awareness through stillness and longer holds of poses.
Slow and Gentle course
Slow Flow vinyasa - Meditative, slower practice to hold posses longer to explore & feel into the body. Open to beginners to more experienced, pregnancy safe.
Mixed (Level 1/2) Class: for new and regular students, walk-ins accepted.
A mindful practice, focusing on pranayama, breathwork, intention, mediation combined with gentle slower movements and yoga poses.

Shadow Yoga Foundations course

General - Suitable for those with some understanding of the Pilates method
A smooth, balanced flowing practice, focusing on posture to posture. Mixed level practice | Basic to more yoga experience is recommended.
