Kundalini yoga is an ancient technology which combines movement, breath, mantra and meditation to awaken the spirit, energise the body and relax the mind. It is know as the 'yoga of awareness'. It is specifically designed for busy minds. It works strongly on the nervous and immune system. It promotes strength, flexibility and stress relief. Efficient and accessible to all physical levels.
Hatha yoga
Hatha yoga is the physical practise of asana, or yoga postures. The practise aims to bring balance to body and mind. Stretching tight areas, strengthening weak areas, and find equilibrium between right and left brain, active and passive qualities. Proper alignment is used to keep the body safe and functioning efficiently which encourages breath and energy to move freely.
Mother and baby yoga (further details below)
A fun, interactive class with your baby to help improve sleep, digestion and body awareness. Specific poses for new mums to open the chest, improve posture and relax shoulders, back and strengthen pelvic floor.
