YOGA NRG has carefully selected an alacarte menu of teacher training programs.
We offer general entry programs (Level 1 & 2) - 200hr & 350hr
We also specialise in : POWER YOGA, CORE YOGA & MINDFULNESS BASED TRAINING
Our Facilitators/Mentors & Guest Teachers include the likes of Nicky Knoff, Duncan Peak, Bryan Kest, Heather Agnew, Tammy Pascoe.
Our programs are the perfect pathway to self development and are designed in a way that gives you all the tools you need to be authentic and live your life with purpose.
We have chosen an alacarte style because we believe that there are many paths to love and our program fosters diversity in a very supportive and powerful way.
We do not believe there is only one way although each of our teachers are from different linages of yoga they all teach and support one thing - how to love yourself.
