This Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course will help develop the knowledge and understanding about the fundamentals of Hatha yoga practice and its philosophy. Students will learn how to practice and teach postures with different modifications and approach according to individual’s body. Students will also get to learn the warm-up sequence, steps, benefits, energy movements, and relaxation techniques for each and every sequence. Students can improve their knowledge about the history and origin of Hatha yoga and its philosophy. A comparative study of Hindu practices and Hatha yoga is also covered in this teacher training.
Basic to Advanced Variations are explored in this training. Learn the foundation of the Hatha Yoga Practice with safety and Fun.
Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Variations will be taught for all the Asanas
Warmups, Steps, Alignment, Modifications, Variations, Usage of Blocks, Bolsters, Straps, Wall Support, Partner Support, Injury Prevention, Assisting and Teaching Methods will be covered during this training.

We had undivided attention from Yogananth who is selfless to share his experience. As a master of all poses, he does not show off but makes all students feel at ease trying out the poses. The biggest take home is the great variety of advanced poses categorised in a number of series we practised during the Training.
