Aileen teaches in the Hatha Yoga tradition, specifically the dynamic and static Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga style with some Ashtanga elements every now and then. Particular attention is given to the synchronicity of the breath and movement.

Hatha Yoga Vinyasa - Dynamic and Static (long holds) with particular attention to Pranayama and safe alignment.
Classes are open to General Level practitioners - from beginners to intermediate and advanced. Different levels of Asana will be given during class and it will be up to the sadhaka or practitioner to choose the modification that is suitable for them.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Beginners/General - All levels are welcome, but this class is at a slower pace than the General/Mixed Level classes. We will take our time breaking-down getting in, holding and getting out of poses.
General/Mixed Level - Is a much faster-paced class, but beginners as still welcome. Different levels and modifications will be given throughout the class for poses and situations such as joint injuries, pregnancy, stiff muscles and such.
Specialty Classes
Mums, Bubs and Toddlers - For...wait for it...Mums, Bubs and Toddlers! This is a relaxed, slow-paced class where new Mums can get back in touch with their bodies. Dads are welcome too, of course!
Prenatal - Expectant mothers who are in their second trimester can maintain their physical health while enjoying this special time.
Big & Beautiful - Yoga Sadhaka provides a safe environment for people with weight problems or who are genetically on the big and heavy side to enjoy the practise and benefits of yoga. You don't have to feel self-conscious and uncomfortable in a yoga class anymore.
Personal Coaching / Small Group - If you want to share a tailor-made yoga class and have fun with close friends and family, this class is for you. With a minimum of 2 students and a maximum of 6, this class option will be able to address specific questions you may have about your practise. The fee is $180 for 2 hours of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation.
· If there are 6 of you, you each only pay $30 for a 2 hour class!
· Single students are on a case-by-case basis.
· Personal coaching classes are scheduled on Fridays at 11 am.
· Everyone gets a stamp on their loyalty card, however, the half price (and freebie) only applies to regular classes. If your half price offer falls on a private class day, you can claim it on your next regular class day.
