Cecily Chun is a certified yoga teacher and new mum to Cassius.  She has been studying, exploring and practising yoga for 11 years and teaching since 2007. Cecily adopts a fluid approach to teaching asana, integrating pranayama (breathing), relaxation and meditation practices to bring a sense of lightness and joy.  Her combination of intelligent sequencing with a breath-centred practice encourages her students to explore  the true essence of yoga; union of the body, mind and spirit. Cecily  currently holds certifications with YogaWorks – New York, Yoga Alliance 200hr, Prana Flow with Shiva Rea, Fluid Vinyasa with Twee Merrigan and Prenatal Yoga with renowned instructor Janice Clarfield.
