Classes are $17 casual or $140 for a ten week block.

The ancient practice of Yoga assists in alleviating mental and physical stress. Each posture has a positive effect on the physical body aiding the whole body to function in perfect health. Breathing exercises increase  your energy levels balancing the prana (chi) in the body.  Meditation allows you to focus your mind, increasing concentration levels and allowing you to become less reactive to situations in your life.

I teach one and half hour classes that allow time to experience the more subtle aspects of Yoga. Each class finishes with contemplation for the week.

Anna your recent retreat (near Lorne) was my first Yoga retreat and has made a special impact on my life.  It is 6 weeks since the retreat and it is 'still with me'.

Your yoga sessions were perfect for me and I stretched and eased away tensions I wasn't even aware of.  I learnt from Annette's sessions too, with a few new meditation techniques, which have been very helpful, deepening my practice.  
I loved the Kirtan (chanting),....... what a connective time, we all enjoyed, very special.....and the Neti Pot was fun with lots of laughter and encouragement from everyone, and I actually did it, and it was easy! I surprised myself.
The surrounding bush was beautiful and full of bird life. 
The food was absolutely delicious, a real health retreat. I also enjoyed the cooking class where we all joined in. 
The whole experience incorporated many benefits, exercise, healthy food, good company, peaceful reflection and quiet free time, fun experiences and through the information talk I learnt more about yoga as a way of life.   It did me the world of good and thinking about it brings a smile to my face and takes me to a very happy place.

The retreat was fabulous - thank you so much for such a wonderful
experience!  I gained so much insight into myself over the weekend and can't wait to share with you (and also get your views on) some of the things that came up for me.  You and Annette made an awesome team, which created a whole weekend of magic for all of us to share in.  I loved meeting your mother, catching up with old yoga friends, and also making some fantastic new ones.
Thank you so much for holding these retreats.  I value these new experiences as they play a crucial part in my yoga journey of self discovery and learning.

Hi Anna,
Thanks for the Recipes. Would like to say a big thank you to you and Annette for accommodating my extreme food allergies. I had a wonderful time and this retreat was just what I needed. I was so full of stress and anxiety that it was making me very ill. The food, atmosphere, yoga and meditation has helped me become myself again. I loved the Metta Bhavana, Jala Neti which I am doing 2-3 times a day at the moment with my cold and the great people on the Retreat.

To live in the now. To live each moment with joy & gratitude & free of the enslaving facers created by the mind is a truly liberating state in which to be. Yoga has greatly strengthened my ability to live this way. The yoga retreat is truly enlightening, it is the warm & generous hospitality of Anna and Annette which makes it so enriching & personal. Everything was created & shared with love and graciousness.
 
The combination of being physical through yoga, the spiritual thread through everything we did the laughter, the activities and reflection were perfect. It was wonderful to be able to make time for self reflection & to create beautiful connections with the other people. The connections were special & I’m so grateful to have been given so much love & to also give it to others.

Hi Anna and Annette

Thank you for a lovely weekend, good company, great food, and the yoga, well, I am still thinking about it all, from the early meditation to the late meditation.  Spiritually uplifting, and I have increased my morning meditation to 30 minutes, with the hope of getting to one hour.

Thank you for the recipes, and looking forward to the other recipes, and the meditation notes.
