Based on a dynamic method of Hatha Yoga, Soul Train Yoga classes incorporate meditation, pranayama (breathwork), yoga philosophy and an understanding of anatomy & physiology into the practice. Each class has a different theme as we work to balance the body and mind. During the classes we focus equally on creating strength and space in the body and mind. There is a strong focus on alignment and students are encouraged to explore each pose. All of the postures are introduced as new, then the more advanced students are instructed into the extended versions of the pose. The teaching style is positive and friendly and classes intend to leave you feeling strong, centered and re-energised.
