Each class includes a series of postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation. Puneeta is a warm, knowledgeable and compassionate authentic Reiki Healer and Yoga Instructor with more than 10 years of teaching experience in Singapore and London.
 
You don't need to be flexible to do yoga. Connect with your body, calm your mind and refresh your spirit in a nurturing environment.
