Have you always wanted to dance but felt too intimidated to try or perhaps has it been while since you made time for yourself? Using yoga techniques and original choreography you can now practice yoga like never before and dance like you've never danced before in a friendly, down to earth setting.
 
These classes are the result of a creative approach, combining all the benefits of yoga along with a cardio workout and a love for music and dance. Build confidence in movement, strength & flexibility, core strength, balance and co-ordination. All this while you have fun, learning technique and choreography to a broad selection of music.

Yoga Dance also provides the dancer with yoga therapy, through yoga techniques that nurture body balance and vitality.

Bodytone Yoga Sessions

Tuesday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm at Connect Studios in Parramatta 

Thursday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm at Connect Studios in Parramatta

Saturday: 10:00am - 11:00 am at Connect Studios in Parramatta
