At Yoga Spirit Studios we provide a holistic system of learning Hatha Yoga that embraces the essence of this ancient tradition while making it relevant to our modern day lives. Our teachers are welcoming, caring and knowledgeable, creating an atmosphere for learning that is safe and comfortable for students of all ages and physical ability.

The structure of the classes enables you to learn at your own pace. For beginners we reccomend our 6 week Beginners Course followed by our Ongoing Beginners classes which you would do for at least 3 months before trying our General Level Classes.  We also offer Pre Natal classes, Menopause and Midlife classes, and Courses in Meditation  and Yoga for Breast Cancer. Residential retreats and non - residential workshops are held through out the year for those students who wish to explore yoga more deeply. An accredited 15 month Yoga Teacher Training Course commences every year or two.

The studio is located in a delightful heritage property. Our two yoga studios are spacious, light filled and tranquil, with good heating and cooling. There are change room facilities and parking is easy. If you are utilising public transport, we are situated right near Bus Stops 6 on Henley Beach Road; both inbound and outbound of the city.
