TriYoga® Flows (Prasara)

A complete hatha yoga method, is the union of posture, breath and focus - or asana, pranayama and mudra.

TriYoga fundamentals include relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal movements and economy of motion. With the systematic approach, students can remain with Basics or progress to subsequent levels. Within each level, students increase their knowledge of posture and flow, as well as strength, flexibility, endurance and breath control. Through sustained awareness on all aspects of the practice, the movement of body, breath and mudra harmonize and the inner flow naturally emerges.

Origin of the TriYoga Flows®

In the tradition of ancient yoga, the origin and continuing development of TriYoga is guided by kriyavati siddhi as expressed through Kaliji. With this inspiration, she has fully systematized hatha yoga asana, pranayama, and dharana, from Basics to Level 7, establishing the comprehensive TriYoga method.

Class Descriptions

Basics

For those new to TriYoga and for those who want to strengthen their core alignments, Basics is the necessary foundation for all classes. It is also a complete practice in itself. Bolsters, pillows and other props can be used in all levels to ensure comfort and alignment.

Levels 1 to 5

Each level includes five series that gradually progress to teach all the postures of that level. Beginning with Basics, each level is a prerequisite for the next level.

Natural Alignment

Natural Alignment classes include an in-depth understanding of alignment, correct use of props, and the benefits of the postures.

Free the Hips®

This class focuses on hips to toes to create greater health and vitality in the pelvic region, hips, legs, feet and toes.

Free the Spine®

This class emphasizes wavelike spinal movements that increase strength, flexibility and energy in the spine as well as the chest, abdomen, shoulders, arms and hands.

Trinity Practice®

Trinity Practice has a threefold emphasis on posture, rhythmic breathing techniques and meditation. Experience in TriYoga Flows and breathing practices is recommended to gain the full benefit of the practice.

Please bring a yoga mat and small pillow, blanket for yoga nidra.

It is best not to eat a meal for at least 60 minutes prior to attending class.

Pricing

• Term Fees $15 per class @ 1 class/week  x no of Weeks in Term within specified term dates.
• Five week "block" $80.00/1 class/week = 5 consecutive weeks within specified term dates
• Five week "block" on-going enrolments $75.00
  @ 1 class/week = 5 consecutive weeks within specified term dates (applies to on-going enrolments)
• Term fees & five week "blocks" are to be used within specified term dates and apply to specified classes.
• Makeup class (1/term) available at Moriac (Term Fees only)
• Fees are not transferable or refundable

Casual Classes $18.00/class
