Yoga Flame is a Hot Yoga studio offering 25 classes a week of  Hot Yoga and Power Flow. The classes are fun, friendly and accessible to all ages and abilities. Our experienced teachers will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises ending with deep relaxation. The room is heated to warm your muscles, prevent injuries and allow for a deeper release in your body.

Hot Yoga; A stationary sequence of yoga poses practiced in a heated room. This class is designed to build both strength and flexibility. Emerge feeling relaxed and renewed. Open to all levels.

Power Flow; A dynamic flowing yoga practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Find strength, power and focus within the flow! Practiced in a lightly heated room. All levels
