The Yoga Room & Life Centre will provide you with a space for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation of mind, body and soul. It offers a unique holistic approach to wellbeing, teaching the ancient practice of yoga and offering a selection of natural therapies that can assist you in creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The centre was founded by Judy Krupp in 1997. Judy has been teaching for over 20 years. Originally trained in the Iyengar system, Judy now teaches a multifaceted approach, blending the art of asana practice with the science of the mechanics of movement.

Judy works with a highly qualified team of teachers and practitioners who are passionately committed to their professions and aim to provide the best possible level of care. Yoga Classes are provided 7 days a week. Our teachers have an astute knowledge of the body and its movement and our timetable ensures that there are classes suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced students. The Yoga Room itself is a nurturing environment with a purpose built yoga room / workshop room and six adjoining therapy rooms. All yoga equipment including mats, bolsters, blocks, belts, and balls are provided. Natural therapies provided at the centre include osteopathy, acupuncture, acupressure, massage, craniosacral therapy, SLM, bowen, somatic psychotherapy, counseling, homoeopathy, reflexology, nutrition, aromatherapy, holistic beauty treatments, manual lymph drainage and meditation.

We run an ongoing series of Free Educational Workshops for clients and regular Yoga, Homoeopathic First Aid, Mindfulness and Meditation Workshops. We also run our Annual Yoga Retreats to both Byron Bay and Bali. We welcome you to the centre and look forward to seeing you soon.
