From beginners classes introducing yoga for those interested in giving it a go while also providing general and intermediate classes for further understanding of yoga.

Small private classes for groups of friends or colleagues or even one-to-one tuition can be arranged at the studio or in the workplace.

We also teach Prenatal and hatha yoga, offering gentle classes that are designed to help women through all the stages of pregnancy, aiming to relax mum to be, reduce stress and help prepare the body for childbirth.

If you are unsure what Yoga is all about or want to give it a try without committing to a full block, we offer casual 'drop-in' rates as well as 6-week (6 sessions) blocks. Feel free to contact us,if only to chat and find out a little more about Yoga!
