For Women we offer: yoga classes including Women’s Yin Yoga, prenatal yoga, mums and bubs/toddler yoga, Shakti Moves as well as massage, acupuncture, and women’s support groups...The Women’s Room Healing Clinic, The Byron Pregnancy Support Group, the Byron Mother’s Support Group & “Healing from Birth” Support Group.

For the Community we offer: Yoga & Tantra Workshops, Community Acupuncture, Kirtan Chanting Nights, Parenting Courses and Pregnancy Workshops for Couples.
