We view yoga as a complete healing system and our Teacher Training Courses provide a 9-month part-time training ground for students to become yoga teachers. This is a holistic yoga course, with much emphasis on raising consciousness and developing personal awareness. However, this course is also asana based and aims to prepare the student to teach beginner/intermediate hatha yoga classes, and for those who enjoy dynamic yoga, power vinyasa yoga classes. Courses are held on Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. Yoga retreats are organized locally and internationally and are posted on the web site regularly.
