Yoga is our passion and we believe that it should it be accessible for everybody and for that reason we have created classes that range from Beginners level to Advanced practice. We aim to provide a holistic approach to Yoga and appreciate the significance of sharing this knowledge in a way that can be applied to everyday life. Our classes are designed to provide maximum benefit for the mind, body and spirit in an environment that is peaceful and conducive to relaxation.

Our style of Yoga is Hatha Vinyasa also known as flowing form and is practiced to a variety of music that uplifts and energises aswell as soothes and relaxes and is taught according to the needs of the individual practitioner as well as the needs of the group. We teach the holistic benefits of yoga practice so that you can apply the techniques learnt during the class into your life. Consistent practice is the key which subsequently provides a deeper sense of personal awareness, enhances recuperative abilities, and promotes healing at every level of being. To help you get started new students to Moksha receive their first week for free after your first casual class so that you can experience for yourself all that Yoga has to offer.

We have created a range of classes, courses and programs underpinned by our philosophy that we function holistically and that all aspects of self must be nurtured in order to attain true inner balance.

MOKSHA TEACHERS

All of the teachers at Moksha are highly qualified and experienced Yoga Teachers and practitioners who are passionate about Yoga & Health and share their knowledge and appreciation of Yoga practice in their classes with a unique and individual style.

Emma Mason-Palmer is the Founder and Principal Teacher of Moksha Yoga and is passionate about Yoga and holistic health and has been practicing Yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2003. Emma has a Certificate in Yoga Philosophy (200+ hours) and an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching (500+ hours), Reiki Degree Levels 1 & 2 aswell as qualifications in Human Resources and Personnel Practice and is currently undertaking the BHSc Degree in Naturopathy. Emma has studied Yoga in London and Australia and brings a unique insight of the holistic and spiritual aspects of Yoga to her teachings. Emma also works with Teacher Trainees of Yoga, has lectured at a variety of Yoga Schools in Melbourne since 2005 and continues to teach a variety of modules relating to Yoga asana, pranayama, philosophy, spirituality and holistic health including Gross and Energy Anatomy & Physiology.
